ORDER

Fabrication time:

All jewelry is handcrafted by Hyungzee Choi. The standard lead time is 4 weeks, with some items taking up to 6 weeks. You'll be notified of the expected time for out-of-stock items before work begins. For rush orders, please contact beeshaus directly before placing your order.

Payment:

Beeshaus accepts paypal and most major credit cards. Beeshaus does not accept check, cash or money orders.

Sales Tax:

North Carolina RESIDENTS will be charged 7.25% sales tax.

Price Fluctuations:

Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in the metal market.

Cancelation:

Orders must be canceled or amended within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us via email.

SHIPPING

Domestic Shipping:

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. orders via USPS First Class Mail, with processing within 7 business days. For time-sensitive orders, consider using expedited options like USPS Priority Mail (3 days) or FedEx 2-Day. Note that expedited shipping does not include Saturday delivery, and we DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.

Expedited shipping options will be delivered faster than standard shipping, but do not affect production time. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on Fridays will process the following Monday.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Shipping:

International shipments may incur additional Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees, which are the purchaser's responsibility and must be paid upon receipt. Customs procedures can cause delays, and fees vary by country. Contact your local customs office for details. Beeshaus’s shipping charge does not cover these extra costs. Packages must be marked with their purchase value; we cannot mark them as gifts.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged Shipments:

If you receive a damaged product, keep all packaging and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company and send a replacement.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:

If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, inform us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Note that willful or negligent damage will void any rights to refunds or exchanges.

RETURN

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange or refund. You may return the item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with any enclosed documentation.

Please ensure that you package the item securely and return it via a tracked postal service. Returns are at the customer’s own risk, and postage is at the expense of the customer.

Please note that sale items, as well as specially commissioned, customized, or personalized items, cannot be returned.

WARRANTIES

We hope you enjoy your beeshaus jewelry for a long time. Beeshaus stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and provides excellent customer service. We offer a complimentary maintenance and service plan with every jewelry item purchased. Each item comes with a warranty card and product serial number.

Warranties:

Free cleaning, inspection, re-polish, re-oxidize, and re-finish service for the lifetime of your piece.
All tube products may loosen over time. We will repair all tube products at any time.
90-day complimentary chain and clasp repair.

Warranty Limitations:

Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility; we recommend insuring packages for their full value. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Repairs after 90 days may incur a small materials charge.
Our warranty does not cover damages from normal wear and tear, or items lost or damaged due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, heat, improper care, accidents, or natural breakdown over time.
Limited edition pieces are not covered under warranty. Due to the limited availability of certain jewelry supplies, repairs may not always be possible.

Repairs and replacements can take up to six weeks. We will do our best to restore or replace your jewelry items.

We strive for accuracy in photographs, descriptions, sizes, and colors; however, slight variations between pieces may occur. Images may not be to scale. Please refer to individual product dimensions for actual size.
