Fabrication Time:
Since I handcraft all the jewelry on my website without the use of extra help or assistants, I need to set lead times to ensure that I'm able to finish orders within a realistic timeframe.
My lead time is 4weeks for most orders. Some pieces will take up to 6 weeks. For all orders that are not in stock, I will notify you how much time I need before starting to work.

PAYMENT:
Beeshaus accepts paypal and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB). Beeshaus does not accept check, cash or money orders.
SALES TAX:
North Carolina RESIDENTS will be charged 7.25% sales tax.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:
An order confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as your order is received. In addition, a shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. This confirmation will have the tracking number for your shipment, if applicable.

We’re happy to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all U.S. orders. FREE shipping orders are shipped via USPS First class mail. All Standard shipments go out within 7 business days of the order being placed. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates due to the possibility of unforeseen circumstances to delay. Business days are Monday through Friday and excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. If you have a time sensitive order, we highly recommend that you use a 2-day shipping service.
USPS First class mail is our default shipping service, but you can choose one of several expedited options: Expedited (USPS Priority Mail 3days with Insurance), Two-Day (FedEx 2-Day). Note, these expedited shipping options do not include Saturday delivery.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes domestically.
All orders are processed quickly ; however paid expected shipping orders (options vary) are delivered ahead of FREE Shipping orders (4-7 business days). Selecting a faster shipping service does not speed up production time. Your order will be shipped via the shipping service you choose once my lead time is met.

IMPORTANT: International shipments are subject to Duties, Taxes, Broker Fees, and Customs Fees in your country. These EXTRA fees are YOUR responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the shipment. The rules for these fees vary by country, and your local government determines the duty and customs charges. Customs procedures may delay shipments. Please inquire with your local customs office. These fees may include import duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), and customs clearance fees. These costs are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser. The shipping charge by Beeshaus does not include any of these fees.

Damaged Shipments
If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please hold onto all packaging and contact us as soon as possible. We will then contact the shipping company to start a damaged package claim and get a new item shipped out.
- If choosing Paypal for your payment, your International address must be verified.
- We will email you it's tracking number once shipped.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Please understand that we are obligated to mark all packages with their purchase value, and we are not able to mark them as gifts or other.

RETURN

However, in the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase or it is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item for an exchange or refund.
We must receive the return item within 7days of contacting us. After we receive and confirm that the item is in its original condition and packaging, we will send you a confirmation email within 48 hours. Then, you can exchange it for another item or receive a full store credit for the cost of the item. Shipping costs can not be refunded.
Returns should be insured for their full value during shipment. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
Again, in case of an exchange or refund, the SHIPPING COST will be excluded.
SPECIAL ORDER:
No refunds and no exchanges on custom orders items, as they are made only for you.
SALE ITEMS:
All sale pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We offer a maintenance and service plan complimentary with every jewelry item purchased. Each item comes with a warranty card and product serial number.
Warranties
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend packages should be insured for their full value during shipment. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Repairs after the 90-day initial period are subject to a small materials charge
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by normal wear and tear or items that are lost or damaged due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, heat, improper care, accidents, or natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time.
Our Warranty does not include replacement of limited edition pieces. Please understand some jewelry supplies are limited in quantity, and repairs are not always possible.
Repairs and Replacements can take up to six weeks.
In every case, we will work to the best of our ability to restore or replace your precious jewelry items.
